You will be our technical expert and the right-hand person for our customers. **What will you do with us?** * **Technical Support:** Assist customers with installation, hardware configuration, license activation, and resolving questions related to 2D/3D drawing (DWG, LISP, etc.). * **Communication:** Create tutorials, quick guides, and short technical videos that add value to our community. * **Technical Sales:** Participate in software demonstrations to validate whether the tool fits our customers’ projects. * **Continuous Improvement:** Maintain direct contact with the manufacturer to report bugs and suggest improvements tailored to the Spanish market.
