Opportunity to participate in interesting construction projects We seek a candidate with proven experience supervising and directing building project execution in Madrid. The professional will join our team to assume responsibility for detailed control of the execution of unique construction works, working under the direct supervision of the Site Manager. Proactive and efficient subcontractor management is essential, always ensuring compliance with scheduled deadlines and defined quality standards for each project. The ability to perform daily attendance control of on-site personnel will be fundamental to optimize available human resources. Additionally, precise execution of building layout surveys will be required, ensuring accuracy in the positioning and measurements of all structural elements. A significant portion of daily tasks will involve measuring ongoing construction work, maintaining a comprehensive record of progress and materials used. This position represents an opportunity to actively participate in highly interesting construction projects. The selected candidate is expected to provide comprehensive oversight of construction management—from initial planning through final delivery—always prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of the process. The contract will be temporary and full-time. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Basic Occupational Health and Safety Course (PRL) of 60 hours. Knowledge of preventive resources.
