Job Summary: We are seeking professionals for temporary reception positions, performing customer service, communication management, and basic administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-person and telephone assistance to users, customers, and visitors. 2. Reception desk management, access control, and meeting room coordination. 3. Basic administrative support and email management for the department. We are seeking candidates to fill temporary reception positions in Madrid city and surrounding areas. Duties include providing in-person and telephone assistance to users, customers, and visitors; managing the switchboard and correctly routing calls. Access control, visitor accreditation, and handling of internal or external mail, parcels, and courier services are also required. Another responsibility is coordinating meeting rooms: booking, preparing, and assisting attendees. Additionally, departmental email is managed, and basic administrative support is provided, such as filing, document management, and database updates. Prior experience in reception, customer service, or administration is required. Proficiency with office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and adaptability to various corporate environments are highly valued. Availability for temporary assignments, replacements, or short-term staffing support is required. Knowledge of foreign languages—especially English—is a plus. At least 1 year of prior experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficient use of office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent appearance and communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to diverse corporate environments. Availability for temporary work / replacements / short-term staffing support.
