It includes all phases from initial design to execution and follow-up: preparing technical reports, performing hydraulic calculations, creating drawings and schematics, drafting comprehensive reports, and developing accurate budgets—all with precision in every document produced. Additionally, it entails continuous coordination with external and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison with authorized control bodies, industry representatives, and other official entities. Queries are resolved, approvals obtained, and regulatory compliance ensured. Technical support is also provided to site managers and technical offices—especially for highly complex works and proposals. Projects are distributed nationwide, with particular focus on Madrid, Guadalajara, Seville, and Barcelona. Adaptation to the specific requirements of each location is required, along with maintaining smooth communication with local teams to ensure consistency and technical quality across all interventions. Specific experience in fire protection (PCI) is required. Demonstrated skills in preparing PCI projects, technical reports, designs, and hydraulic calculations are essential. The ability to liaise with Authorized Control Bodies (OCAs), industry representatives, and official entities—as well as to provide technical support to site managers and technical offices on complex projects—will be valued.
