You will learn how to ensure product quality and technical feasibility, collaborating on process optimization and continuous improvement in a dynamic and creative environment. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * **Support in Quality Control:** + Support supervision of quality control processes from prototypes through to production. + Learn to identify potential quality issues under the guidance of the team, ensuring compliance with standards. * **Support in Pattern Development and Fitting:** + Collaborate in creating and modifying patterns according to design specifications. + Participate alongside the design team in reviewing the technical and aesthetic feasibility of products. * **Learning Process Optimization:** + Observe and identify opportunities for improvement in production and quality processes. + Support implementation of improvements aimed at efficiency and quality. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** + Participate in communication with production, design, and purchasing teams. + Attend product review meetings, providing technical support during the learning phase. **And… what will make you succeed with us?** * Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Patternmaking, Fashion Design, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of patternmaking techniques and eagerness to further develop in this area. * Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign (desirable but not essential). * Analytical ability and a proactive attitude toward learning to solve technical problems. * Attention to detail and sensitivity toward product quality. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Passion and enthusiasm for fashion. * Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. **What do you gain by joining us?** ️**Team** You’ll join a project with a balanced team of young talent and solid experience.
