What will you learn with us? \- Supporting both employees and workers, either by phone or in person. \- Employment administration tasks such as: social security registration, onboarding, offboarding, hiring, workplace accidents, etc. \- Managing candidate recruitment processes: from job posting to conducting interviews. If you are a university student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related undergraduate/masters programs—and are eager to apply your knowledge and gain HR experience—don’t hesitate to apply! ### **Requirements** \- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related undergraduate/masters program. \- Must be able to formalize a university internship agreement. \- Availability to work the specified shift. \- Immediate availability to start. \- Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
