Your Responsibilities: * Organize, plan, and coordinate daily front-of-house staff activities. * Direct and supervise the execution of all dining room and bar operations. * Attend to customers by resolving inquiries and complaints, applying standards of excellence, approachability, and personalization. * Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and general maintenance. * Monitor sales, revenue, and cash reconciliation. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant management. * Leadership, organizational, and incident-resolution capabilities. * Customer- and detail-oriented mindset. . Knowledge of Spanish Denominación de Origen (D.O.) wines .
