We are opening a recruitment process to incorporate a Kitchen Technician into our team—someone eager to learn, contribute, and add value.
Functions and responsibilities
What will your day-to-day look like?
Analysis and review of kitchen projects from the sales team and technical construction documentation (plans, specifications, measurements), ensuring correct interpretation and technical feasibility.
Adjustment of dimensions, layout, and furniture solutions according to construction plans, company standards, and requirements set by developers or contractors.
Preparation of technical and economic budgets for construction projects using Excel and Winner.
Definition and valuation of optimized technical solutions, focused on efficiency, standardization, and cost control.
Coordination with the sales department to resolve technical issues, project modifications, or clarifications prior to finalizing proposals.
Technical support throughout the project lifecycle—from initial study through validation—ensuring consistency among design, cost, and execution.
Requirements
We seek to hire a technically skilled professional specializing in kitchens, who wishes to grow professionally within a technical-commercial environment, participating in budgeting and feasibility studies for construction companies, developers, and professional clients.
It is essential that you possess knowledge of plan interpretation, measurements, and technical solution adjustments, as well as proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD and Winner (or similar software).
We are looking for an organized, methodical individual with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset, as this role directly impacts the economic viability of projects.
