Job Summary: We are seeking a laboratory professional to review specifications, manage changes in testing methods, provide technical support, and optimize procedures in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and compliance with standards in laboratory testing. 2. Implementation of improvements and management of changes in testing methods. 3. Technical support and collaboration in standardization of criteria. A professional will join the laboratory department. Key responsibilities include meticulous review of customer and internal specifications to ensure that tests and methods applied comply with required standards. Strong knowledge of mechanical and chemical\-physical tests conducted in the laboratory is essential. The role involves implementation and management of changes to testing methods, equipment, and procedures, as well as evaluation of their impact on results through trend analysis. The candidate must define and implement risk mitigation actions and communicate changes clearly. Responsibilities also include qualification of new equipment, training of laboratory personnel, and driving improvements to optimize procedures and resources. Technical support will be provided to the plant, customers, and other company locations, assisting in test execution and data analysis. Collaboration will be required in technical criteria standardization and participation in audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Experience in laboratory development and engineering, as well as in composite materials, is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork skills, organization, and communication abilities. Education: Technical Industrial Engineering (Chemical Industry specialization), Aeronautical Technical Engineering (Aerospace Equipment and Materials), or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and knowledge of chemical and mechanical testing. Familiarity with statistical process control tools or Six Sigma. Advanced proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Minitab, and Power BI. Advanced English proficiency (C1\) spoken and written. Knowledge of laboratory development and engineering, and composite materials is advantageous. Required skills: high level of teamwork, organization, and communication.
