





MISSION Reporting directly to the Operational Transformation area, and within the General Directorate of Transformation, Innovation and Data Governance, you will have the opportunity to participate in defining the strategy and lead the implementation and evolution of Process Intelligence capabilities across the Group, integrating process intelligence technologies, operational analytics, and real-time monitoring—contributing a transformational vision to the organization, fostering automation and/or efficiency. Additionally, you will help promote a data-driven culture and operational excellence, collaborating cross-functionally with business areas, technology, automation, and artificial intelligence teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in designing and deploying the Process Intelligence roadmap aligned with the Group’s operational transformation objectives. Drive the use of Process Intelligence (Celonis) to support automation, optimization, Artificial Intelligence, and operational innovation initiatives. Lead projects through process discovery, analysis, review, and proposal of operational solutions. Identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities through data-driven end-to-end process analysis. Coordinate and lead the implementation of improvements or new process designs in collaboration with impacted business areas. Promote real-time monitoring initiatives (e.g., control towers) to enable proactive decision-making. Quantify expected benefits and track performance against key metrics (e.g., efficiency, risk, rework, automation rate, etc.). Participate in and manage projects aligned with the corporate strategic plan and digital transformation plan. Act as a key liaison with business units and other Directorates within the General Directorate to align objectives and coordinate on projects and solutions delivered. REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** At least 5 years’ experience in process transformation, process mining, or advanced operational consulting. Experience managing the Celonis Process Intelligence platform; familiarity with other tools such as Apromore, SAP Signavio, UiPath, etc. is advantageous. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and on complex projects. **Required Knowledge:** Process analysis and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN). Project management methodologies; agile methodologies experience and knowledge are desirable. Advanced knowledge of process intelligence, event data modeling, and process analytics. Familiarity with automation platforms (RPA) and their integration with process intelligence is desirable. Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, ARIS, UiPath, Python, or similar is desirable. **Skills:** Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while operating at both highly detailed and strategic levels. Analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
