Your mission will be to **ensure** comprehensive management of the Investment Area’s assets, directly contributing to the technical and economic viability of projects and collaborating closely with the **Investment Director**. **In this context, your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing projects and companies within the area globally, including technical coordination with partners and economic planning. * Overseeing key contracts such as PPA, EPC, O\&M, and AM, maintaining relationships with counterparties. * Leading technical Due Diligence in M\&A processes, financing activities, and partner searches. * Defining the scope and contracting external advisors to ensure accurate analyses. * Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on assets across pre-construction, construction, and operational phases. * Coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Development, and Treasury teams to meet time, cost, and quality objectives. * Ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System guidelines (Quality, Environment, Safety, and Sustainability). * Guaranteeing secure financial documentation management and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR). **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ Requirements * **Education:** University degree in Economics or Business Administration (ADE).
