For new initiatives involving **custom software development for clients**, we require a **Senior Project Manager** based in **Madrid**, responsible for leading projects using the **Agile methodology**, combining solid technical foundations with strong people-, business-, and client relationship orientation. This role targets professionals who enjoy leading teams and engaging with clients, suppliers, and diverse stakeholders—viewing each project as a human and business ecosystem beyond code alone. The candidate will work closely with a Development Manager, focusing their contribution on project direction, coordination, communication, and results delivery.
