In Spain, it has a highly qualified multidisciplinary team and adopts an approach grounded in technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration. **POSITION DESCRIPTION** At SOCOTEC Spain, we are seeking a Head of Technical Office to join a major railway project linked to ADIF (Parla Norte Station). The selected candidate will assume technical and documentation coordination of the construction work, ensuring control, quality, and correct project execution within a highly demanding environment. This position targets professionals with solid railway construction experience who seek stability and continuity in technically advanced projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of construction measurements and certifications * Review, validation, and control of drawings * Support in drafting modified project documents * Preparation of monthly, final, settlement, and *as-built* reports and documentation * Management and tracking of material certificates and test reports * Control of quality documentation and occupational risk prevention documentation * Technical coordination with site management, client, and other project stakeholders **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports) * Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil construction * Specific experience: At least 3 years in railway projects (ADIF or similar environment) * Experience in large-scale projects (buildings \+ track) * Technical knowledge: Presto, AutoCAD * BIM knowledge (desirable) * Valid driver’s license * Languages: Spanish **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in high-complexity railway projects * Familiarity with ADIF regulations and procedures * Experience in technical coordination on construction sites * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders * Experience in multidisciplinary environments **CONDITIONS** * Location: Parla (Madrid) * Project: Parla Norte Station (ADIF) * Contract: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Benefits: + Company vehicle + Involvement in a strategic railway project + Stability and continuity in projects within an international company + Professional development in highly demanding technical environments
