Together, we are and we make MAPFRE. * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Department:** Corporate People & Organization Area | Organization & Compensation **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------------------- * Design, implement, and monitor the global compensation policy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and applicable compensation regulations—including sector-specific insurance industry regulations. * Manage the annual global salary review process, including internal equity and external competitiveness analyses, as well as internal and external data, to support decision-making. * Participate in market salary studies, define salary bands and proposals, and conduct benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness. * Maintain the global implementation of the job evaluation methodology and the objective-based performance management process. * Analyze compensation-related data, producing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, as well as tracking compensation indicators. * Design and provide functional support for HR management platforms related to compensation, ensuring their proper operation. * Manage and optimize flexible compensation programs (stock plan). * Collaborate with other departments on strategic projects related to compensation topics. * Monitor market trends, best practices, and technology platforms applied to compensation. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Experience:** At least 5 years’ experience in compensation-related roles and data analysis. * **Education:** University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, Business Analytics, or a related field. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Experience with Power BI and compensation platforms: SSFF, job evaluation platforms, and market salary surveys. * **English:** Minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) **What do we offer you?** ------------------------- * Flexible working hours and 124 remote work hours per quarter, adaptable to your needs.
