As part of our positioning as a leader in the Defense sector, we seek a Verification & Validation Engineer to lead verification and validation activities for software and complex systems, participating in high-technology-criticality projects within defense, cybersecurity, and critical systems environments.
We are looking for a candidate with solid technical experience in testing, automation, and system validation, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and defining validation strategies that ensure the quality and reliability of complex solutions.
What will you do?
Define and lead the Verification & Validation strategy for software and complex systems projects.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise functional, integration, performance, and acceptance testing campaigns.
Lead validation activities jointly with development, architecture, systems, and cybersecurity teams.
Coordinate V&V activity tracking across multidisciplinary environments.
Define procedures, methodologies, and acceptance criteria for testing.
Design and supervise test automation frameworks.
Ensure traceability among requirements, tests, incidents, and results.
Prepare and review technical documentation related to validation and verification activities.
Analyze risks and deviations, and propose corrective actions.
Provide mentoring and technical support to junior and mid-level profiles.

Professional experience exceeding 3 years in Verification & Validation of software and complex systems.
Experience in defining, strategizing, and leading testing campaigns.
Experience collaborating with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.
Advanced knowledge of networks, Linux, and critical systems environments.
Experience coordinating Verification & Validation activities in multidisciplinary projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
High level of English proficiency.
Solid experience in test automation using Playwright for end-to-end user interface testing.
Experience with JMeter for load and performance testing.
Experience with Postman, advanced API scripting, and automated execution via Newman.
Programming in Python or Java focused on framework development and test automation.
Experience integrating automated tests into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments.

What does our selection process look like?
**Profile Review:** We assess your experience and skills to determine alignment with our requirements.
