As part of our positioning as a leading cybersecurity company, we aim to strengthen our team with a Technical Leader / Innovation Project Lead, experienced in technical leadership and innovation project management, to join a strategic technology project in the cyberdefense area in Madrid. What will you do? * Align project development with the Product Architect, ensuring correct implementation of the defined strategy. * Support planning of project developments and backlog management. * Functionally coordinate involved teams and perform daily follow-up of developments. * Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. * Support management of effort, deviations, resources, and risks associated with the project. * Ensure proper generation of designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts, considering reference architectures and their application within the project and unit’s strategy. * Collaborate in technical decision-making, safeguarding the quality of developed solutions. * Participate in coordination of multidisciplinary teams in technological innovation environments. * Ensure effective communication and alignment among all project stakeholders.
