This role will be pivotal in developing our commercial operations, maintaining departmental administration, and ensuring outstanding service to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build strong client relationships to deliver optimal service * Manage the administrative order process, from order creation through to invoicing * Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and queries * Oversee logistical and administrative processes related to sales REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial and administrative roles * Client management and problem-solving capabilities * Familiarity with CRM tools and administrative software * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrable experience in administration * Ability to work autonomously and manage projects * Education or training in Administration.
