The internship will take place within the **Finance Department**, which plays a strategic role in monitoring the company’s financial performance, preparing financial reports, and managing financial controls.
Training Objectives
During this internship, students will:
* **Apply accounting and financial knowledge** to real-world situations within a multinational company.
* **Develop data analysis skills** and report-writing capabilities to support decision-making.
* **Participate in key processes**, such as financial closings, forecasting, reconciliations, and audits.
* **Strengthen transversal competencies**, including responsibility, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication.
Mentorship and Monitoring
* Learning will be guided by **Tomás Mira Uguina**, Controlling Manager of the Finance Department.
* Training objectives will be established from the outset, with joint monitoring by the company and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
* Regular feedback will be provided to reinforce learning progress and competency development.
Candidate Profile
* **Academic qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or related degrees in economics/finance.
* **Valued skills:** Quantitative reasoning, initiative, organizational ability, technical aptitude, and motivation for the business environment.
* **Additional valued knowledge:** Accounting, management control, Excel, and financial analysis tools (not mandatory).
