Job Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to provide personal care, domestic support, companionship, and cognitive stimulation to users in Encinas Reales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personal care for users, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility. 2. Assistance with domestic tasks, shopping, and errands outside the home. 3. Accompaniment for leisure activities and cognitive stimulation. We are looking for a professional to work as a home care assistant in Encinas Reales. Main duties will include providing personal care to users, such as assistance with hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Assistance will also be provided in managing prescribed medication. Regarding domestic tasks, responsibilities will cover cleaning of commonly used rooms, laundry care, and shopping or managing basic needs. Additionally, accompaniment will be provided for errands outside the home, supporting walks and leisure activities, as well as cognitive stimulation and communication with family members. Special attention must be paid to specific care needs, such as incontinence, and clear communication must be maintained with the coordination service upon detection of any health-related requirements. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 180 days. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled either from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., depending on service requirements. The monthly salary is set at 925 euros.
