Working conditions according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement We are looking for a kitchen assistant in Siero (Asturias). Main responsibilities include preparing tapas and simple dishes, as well as providing direct support to the chef. The candidate will also be responsible for cleaning in accordance with APPCC standards and for receiving goods while performing stock control. A personal vehicle is required to commute to the workplace; additionally, the candidate must be organized and eager to learn and grow professionally within the business. A permanent employment contract is offered. Working hours will be continuous, with weekly rotating shifts covering morning and afternoon schedules, such as 06:00–14:00, 08:00–16:00, 10:00–18:00, and 14:00–22:00\. Employees will enjoy two consecutive days off per week, with compensation for any public holidays worked. A positive work environment is guaranteed, and working conditions will comply with the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
