Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support culinary preparations, clean kitchen equipment and utensils, and place orders at a residential care center for the elderly. Placing orders We are looking for a kitchen assistant for a residential care center for the elderly in Gijón (Asturias). Main duties include supporting culinary preparations, cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, and handling order placement. A food handler's certificate is required for this position. Having personal transportation is also valued, as the center is located in an area that may not be easily accessible by public transport. The offered conditions include a temporary 4-month full-time contract. The schedule follows a rotating shift system: 3 morning shifts (07:00–15:00), 3 afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00), and 3 days off. Salary complies with the current collective bargaining agreement for the sector.
