As a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Process Engineering Manager**, experienced in processes and integration for armored vehicles, to join a strategic R\+D project. **What will you do?** * Lead the Process Engineering area in military armored vehicle projects. * Define, review, and optimize industrial processes associated with the assembly and maintenance of armored platforms. * Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams in a high-technical-demand environment. * Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices in Defense and Security. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Maintenance departments. * Implement continuous improvements to increase process efficiency, robustness, and maintainability. * Prepare technical documentation and process guidelines. * Supervise maintenance and operational activities for armored systems. * Manage risks, deviations, and prioritization of technical activities. * Report progress to project management and stakeholders. * **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
