Therefore, to sustain the continuous growth achieved over recent years, the company has decided to incorporate into its team a PURCHASING MANAGER FOR RAW AND AUXILIARY MATERIALS Reporting directly to senior management, the selected candidate will assume, among others, the following responsibilities: Design and implement procurement procedures to optimize the procurement budget. Coordinate the supply process together with other involved departments (Production, R\+D, Quality, etc.), ensuring efficiency across the production chain: review and issue purchase requests according to needs, monitor stock levels, track orders, and resolve logistical and quality issues. Prepare and monitor the annual procurement budget. Negotiate service conditions, pricing, technical requirements, and delivery schedules with current suppliers. Identify national and international suppliers, evaluating them based on profitability criteria as well as technical and quality standards. Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs, consumption patterns, and inventory levels, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, optimizing the supplier and product portfolio, and maintaining quality and sustainability standards—with direct accountability for improving the company’s profitability and productivity. Explore new materials and suppliers in the market, participating in R\+D projects. REQUIREMENTS Academic qualifications aligned with the position, including knowledge of financial management and ability to engage in technical discussions. Proven experience in similar roles, preferably within demanding industrial environments. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Advanced English proficiency. Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
