With national and international presence, the company develops benchmark projects across civil works, hydraulic engineering, environmental projects, railway infrastructure, industrial facilities, and building construction. Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Site Manager, the selected candidate will participate in the planning, organization, and control of production for hydraulic construction projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. Key responsibilities include: * Daily planning and monitoring of on-site production activities. * Coordination of foremen, in-house staff, and subcontracted companies. * Supervision of work execution in accordance with project specifications. * Monitoring of productivity, output, and progress of works. * Support in financial control, measurements, and certifications. * Tracking compliance with planning schedules and timelines. * Management of materials, supplies, and resources required for the project. * Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. * Supervision of work execution quality. * Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures. * Preparation of progress reports and reporting to the Site Manager. * Support in resolving technical issues during execution. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Production Manager or Production Technician in civil works. * Demonstrable experience in hydraulic projects: + Water supply networks. + Sewage networks. + Irrigation systems. + Pumping stations. + Hydraulic infrastructure. + Pipelines and drainage systems. * Knowledge of production planning and control. * Experience coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite. * Valid Class B driver’s license.
