In Puigverd de Lleida, we are looking for a person to technically lead railway vehicle refurbishment and modernization projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in mechanical, electrical, and electronic design. Responsibilities include ensuring proper integration of new systems, compliance with railway regulations, and on-time project delivery. Technical designs and documentation will be produced; technical proposals will be supported; and communication with suppliers and customers will be maintained to resolve inquiries. Technical change management and coordination with production will also be required. Candidates must be autonomous, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with experience in specialized software design, maintenance, or the railway sector. National and international travel availability is required. The work environment offers high-impact projects and opportunities for professional development. Technical or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. One to two years of experience in similar positions. Experience in designing tools and fixtures using mechanical and electrical design software is desirable. Experience in maintenance, industrialization, and/or the railway sector is also desirable.
