Implementation and management of OEE through our MES system (Mapex) Optimization of production processes Development and implementation of industrial projects Productivity-linked incentive system: management and continuous improvement Implementation of work methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, SMED, improvement teams, etc.) Industry 4\.0 implementation: Big Data and advanced analytics, digital traceability, data capture (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, automation, etc. Industry 5\.0 vision: people, sustainability, and resilience Collaboration with the Maintenance Department (OEE improvement, TPM implementation, etc.) Market analysis of industrial machinery. Monitoring innovations and supplier visits. Attending trade fairs. **Desired Profile** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management Intermediate English proficiency desirable
