Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and coordinate the quality and hygiene system in a plastic industry company located in Sariñena, including team supervision and motivation. Team supervision and regulatory compliance In Sariñena, we seek to hire a person to manage and coordinate the quality and hygiene system in a company within the plastic industry sector. Tasks include maintaining management systems up-to-date according to regulations, supervising documentation and records, and periodically inspecting the factory’s condition regarding structure, cleanliness, and glass. The role also involves coordinating internal and external audits, managing incidents, non-conformities, customer and supplier complaints and returns, as well as preparing quality and hygiene training. Additionally, the candidate will supervise and motivate their team, manage work schedules, review customer specifications and questionnaires, and submit required documentation. They will be responsible for cleaning plans and DDD (Disinfection, Disinfestation, and Deratization), provide support to the Quality Director, and keep all certificates current. Technical visits will also be conducted, and compliance with internal regulations and standards related to quality, environment, and occupational health and safety is mandatory. This is a full-time position, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, on a split schedule from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing the quality department in an industrial sector company * We seek a responsible, organized, and methodical individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
