To support the group's growth and face upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Forklift Operator, with permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The forklift operator will be responsible for operating forklifts to move and unload goods within the hangar or warehouse. **Future responsibilities upon joining our company include:** * **Stock management:** Placing pallets at height or on the ground, supplying goods, and supporting production. * **Order preparation:** Picking according to customer references and requirements. * **Handling:** Moving goods using manual/electric pallet trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and reach trucks. * **Logistical operations:** Loading and unloading trucks, manual unloading, sorting and palletizing goods. * **Control and organization:** Labeling, maintaining order and cleanliness in warehouses. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Following safety instructions, using protective equipment, applying SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. **Job requirements:** Intermediate Vocational Training qualification, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience operating forklifts, holding the corresponding license. Class B driver's license and access to personal vehicle. Basic level of English. Ability to work in a methodical, solution-oriented, and organized manner, demonstrating initiative and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively, and contribute sound judgment in decision-making.
