To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **a Project Manager on an indefinite contract for our Teruel site:** The Project Manager is responsible for the industrial execution of services contracted between customers and the company, complying with quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements.**Future challenges upon joining our company include ✈️****Project Management:** lead, coordinate, plan, and supervise work, adhering to contractual requirements (schedules, quality, technical specifications).**Financial Monitoring:** ensure project profitability (re-invoicing, financial statements, budget tracking, verification of contractual clauses).**Customer Relationship:** ensure customer satisfaction, manage disputes, and provide customer support.**Team Management:** motivate, supervise, and monitor team activities, while ensuring alignment between workload and capacity (human and technical).**Technical and Logistical Support:** propose technical solutions, manage aircraft arrivals and departures (logistical, administrative, and regulatory aspects).**Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** comply with safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements ✅** Degree in **Aerospace Engineering** or equivalent qualification, with 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in aircraft maintenance (Part 145). Ability to work autonomously, rigorously, and systematically, demonstrating strong capability to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring reliable, high-quality service. Ability to structure activities, manage priorities, and maintain clear focus on assigned objectives. Strong team spirit, with capacity to collaborate effectively and contribute sound judgment to decision-making.
