To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for: **Forklift Operator, permanent contract, at our Teruel site** The forklift operator is responsible for operating forklifts to move and unload goods within the hangar or warehouse. **Future responsibilities upon joining our company include:** * **Inventory Management:** Locating pallets at height or on the floor, replenishing stock, and supporting production. * **Order Preparation:** Picking according to customer references and requirements. * **Material Handling:** Moving goods using manual/electric pallet trucks, counterbalanced forklifts, and reach trucks. * **Logistics Operations:** Loading and unloading trucks, manual unloading, sorting, and palletizing goods. * **Control and Organization:** Labeling, maintaining order and cleanliness in warehouses. * **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Following safety instructions, using personal protective equipment (PPE), applying SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** Vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level), with **at least 5 years’ experience** in a similar role. Experience operating forklifts, holding the corresponding license. Valid driving license (Category B) and access to a personal vehicle. **Intermediate level of English.** Ability to work methodically, proactively, and in an organized manner, demonstrating initiative and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate efficiently, and contribute sound judgment to decision-making.
