Could that be you? **What would you do?** * Pre-consultation and requirements analysis, scope definition, and service delivery monitoring. * Planning, definition, and sequencing of activities; estimation of resources and durations, agreed upon with the customer. * Leading service execution in alignment with the plan agreed upon with the customer, coordinating and supervising the work of teams involved in the service. * Ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered services and promoting sales of new solutions, products, and services. * Developing supplier and/or technology partner relationship strategies to enhance the added value we deliver to our customers. * Establishing a structured, clear documentation and process management model enabling simple access to service-related information. * Focusing on continuous service improvement and defining and monitoring KPIs jointly with the customer. **What do we require?** * STEM degrees or other complementary education related to business management and/or application of agile methodologies. * At least 3\-5 years of experience as a Service Manager. * Languages: technical English. * Knowledge, experience, and/or certifications in methodologies and frameworks: ITIL, ISO 20\.000, ISO, COBIT. * Familiarity with service management tools (ticketing, CMDB, etc.), project management systems, ERP, CRM, CSM, document management systems, multi-platform collaborative work tools, office applications, etc. * Technical knowledge of infrastructures, communications, systems, cybersecurity, etc. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Commitment and accountability * Initiative * Organization and planning * Impact and influence * Communication * Negotiation **Now it's your turn!** At Emetel, we are shaping the future — and we want you to do it with us.
