All rights reserved. **Long Description** -------------------- **Production Operator** We are looking for a Production Operator (TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS) for our site in Vilafranca del Penedés, whose primary objective will be to carry out food-grade resin manufacturing tasks, following specified procedures and instructions, and safely using tools and machinery to meet our customers’ orders at the highest quality level, within established timeframes and cost targets. **Job Purpose** --------------- Thus, the main responsibilities are: * Prepare required raw materials and verify the proper condition of machinery and tools; report/request any anomalies related to them. * Manufacture products following recipes and production processes for formulas to meet the daily production schedule. * Monitor processes ensuring correct application of methods and machines per SOPs, toolbox talks, checklists, etc. * Package products following packaging recipes and processes for formulas. * Perform correct product labeling. * Conduct pre-quality controls ensuring proper execution of batches as described during manufacturing or in SOPs. * Finalize formulas following established procedures. * Perform routine machine maintenance tasks as described in machine SOPs. * Ensure 5S standards are maintained in the production zone and areas according to defined standards. * Report any HSE, Quality, or Production incidents to the Supervisor/Team Leader. * Participate in conducting PGRs (5 Whys). * Perform raw material inventories to ensure adequate stock levels in the production area. * Comply with all applicable plant regulations and procedures regarding HSE\&S, Quality, and Environment. * Specific HSE\&S responsibilities: * Set an example and access the workplace in a physically and mentally fit condition, without impairments that would compromise safety while performing assigned tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. * Collaborate and participate in all available initiatives, procedures, and actions aimed at preventing incidents/accidents involving any person present on company premises. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * + Vocational Training Level II in Chemistry or equivalent, or higher vocational training cycles, preferably as a chemical plant operator. * + Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in production within the chemical/pharma/industrial sector. * + Knowledge of the local language; intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * + Residence within the region. * + Regular user of industrial plant management software (SCADA); SAP user-level knowledge is desirable. * + Front/retractable forklift license (standard UNE). * + Availability to work rotating fortnightly shifts. **Key Activities** ------------------ * Cafeteria benefits.
