




Job Summary: Responsible for the development and maintenance of production systems, preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts ratio management, and user training within an innovative environment. Facilitates the transformation toward an Industrial 4.0 environment. **About the Role** Responsible for the development and maintenance of production systems across various machines and production lines at the Plant (e.g., Proficy, Plain, SAP, etc.). Also responsible for maintaining systems based on preventive and predictive maintenance concepts, as well as managing spare parts ratios and indicators; serves as support to various management teams in change management for systems and in training end users. If this is you, we’d love to talk. **Key Responsibilities** * Expert in maintenance and troubleshooting of production operations and maintenance systems. * Proactively maintains and develops all applications required for optimal operation of production systems across lines and machines. * Works toward zero failures and zero production downtime, as well as reducing maintenance costs. * Facilitates the transition to an Industrial 4.0 environment. * Trains end users on various systems. * Implements function-specific “Best Practices” in production and maintenance operations. * Identifies opportunities to improve or even develop new methods, processes, or tools. **Who You Are** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. 2 years of experience in a similar position. Ability to develop Office-based applications. Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Visual Basic, etc.) and database management. Fluent English. Teamwork orientation. Agile learning capability. Project leadership ability. Ability to train people at all levels. Significant experience working with cross-functional teams.
