We are currently seeking a **Site Supervisor** to join a major residential construction project in Sevilla, within an established and leading company in the construction sector. What will your responsibilities be? * Organize and supervise the daily execution of the construction site. * Coordinate the work of in-house teams and subcontracted companies. * Ensure adherence to the schedule established by the Site Management. * Monitor the quality of completed work. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and on-site safety standards. * Manage materials and resources required for the proper progress of the project. * Report work progress and incidents to the Site Management. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Site Supervisor on residential construction projects. * Knowledge of construction planning, organization, and execution. * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors. * A proactive, organized individual with leadership capabilities.
