DESCRIPTION **Are you looking to develop your talent and grow professionally as a Salesforce Technical Lead?** **This is your opportunity!** At ***Soluciona Mi Deuda***, we are seeking an active, motivated individual with a strong interest in professional growth within our IT Department. **What will you do?** * Design and build scalable solutions using best practices. * Manage release deployments, overseeing software to ensure compliance with required quality standards. * Ensure adherence to best practices and the ability to review developments performed by other team members. * Ability to write technical documentation for implemented developments. * Collaborate on task assignment and track the progress of the incident and/or project backlog. * Develop specific test plans to guarantee the proper functioning of new features. * Identify gaps and proactively resolve issues. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in Salesforce development (minimum 5 years with Apex, Visualforce, LWCs...) * Solid experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (flows, profiles, record types, sharing settings...) * Experience in analyzing and implementing technical solutions. * Experience in implementing and maintaining REST and SOAP services. * Experience in technically analyzing incidents. * Experience leading development efforts. * Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and GIT for application development, deployment, and version management. * Desirable knowledge of Agentforce and Community Clouds. * Desired certifications: Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Developer II, Salesforce JavaScript Developer. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–15:00 * Positive work environment and career development plan * Hybrid work (Sevilla) * Flexible compensation * Training programs * 23 days of paid vacation If you are passionate about technology, enjoy taking on new challenges, and want to join a dynamic, continuously evolving team, we’re waiting for you!
