Main responsibilities include windshield installation and replacement, using appropriate tools to ensure quality service within the stipulated time. Basic education (ESO or equivalent) in automotive, mechanics, bodywork and painting, or related fields is required, along with experience in precision manual tasks and assembly—preferably within the automotive sector. A valid driver's license, full and immediate availability, and the ability to travel in the company van for on-site services are mandatory. An attractive salary range is offered, with a six-month temporary contract directly with the company. Working hours follow a split-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, plus rotating Saturdays. Continuous training is available for candidates without prior mechanical experience, as well as access to vocational scholarships and additional benefits such as discounts on services and leisure.
