We are leaders in quality (4.8\/5\) and technology within the sector. **What would your role be?** * Understand and identify families’ needs * Lead lead generation and conversion of potential prospects * Collaborate in defining and executing the sales strategy * Collaborate in defining and executing actions to improve the team’s conversion rate * Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities * Prepare and send quotations * Follow up on quotations * Continuously measure conversion rates * Continuously propose improvements REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** **Who are we looking for?** Our ideal candidate: * Is a good person. * Minimum two years of prior experience in similar roles **(consultative sales)** is valued * **Availability for part-time work** * Is eager to grow professionally and improve the world—cares deeply about their work and its impact * Has strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines.
