At our elderly residential facility located in **La Baña, León**, we seek geriatric caregivers interested in beginning a new personal and professional chapter. **Responsibilities:** \- Supporting the interdisciplinary team in welcoming and receiving new residents, collaborating in developing and monitoring individualized care plans \- Carrying out scheduled interventions aimed at fulfilling basic activities of daily living \- Collaborating in planning, organizing, and implementing preventive, occupational, and recreational activities \- Maintaining residents’ personal hygiene \- Cleaning and maintaining the first-aid kit, medical supplies, and assistive equipment \- Performing postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical qualifications \- Accompanying, supervising, and supporting residents during transfers and mobility \- Collaborating with healthcare staff in medication administration **Requirements:** \- Qualification as Technician in Care for People in Dependency Situations \- Technician in Nursing Assistant Care or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent People in Social Institutions \- Prior experience in a similar position is valued \- Availability to work full-time \- Vocation for caring for elderly people, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills **What We Offer:** \- Integration into a committed team within a professional environment focused on elderly well-being \- Stable full-time contract with potential for continuity based on performance and center needs \- Relocation allowance \- Assistance in finding accommodation \- A peaceful environment and high quality of life in a rural setting Position Type: Temporary Contract Work Location: On-site Employment
