Reporting to the department manager, we seek a SALESPERSON to join our SALES team on a 20-hour/week schedule (afternoon shifts and weekends) at our store in LLEIDA (Catalonia). Your main responsibilities include: * Resolving incidents. * Maintaining the section in optimal presentation and condition. * Ensuring sufficient product availability in the section. * Monitoring daily offers and promotions. * Achieving budgeted sales targets. * Providing general support to the store. What do we offer? * Permanent contract * Fixed salary \+ variable bonus based on target achievement * Development plan **Requirements:** --------------- Candidates must have appropriate education, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving skills. They must be friendly, empathetic, and positive. Prior experience in retail or the large-scale distribution sector will be valued. Good appearance and diction, customer service skills, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation ability, and organizational skills. Availability to work part-time from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays/holidays as established by each Autonomous Community, respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Stores Collective Agreement.
