We seek an organized, proactive individual capable of comprehensively managing personnel administration and recruitment processes, working closely with company management. **Responsibilities** * Management of recruitment and selection processes. * Posting job vacancies and screening resumes. * Coordinating interviews and tracking candidates. * Managing documentation related to onboarding and offboarding. * Monitoring and tracking employment contracts. * Supporting administrative personnel management. * Coordinating with external labor management firms. * Tracking employee training and development. * Supporting management in HR-related tasks. Requirements * Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in HR roles. * Experience in personnel selection and labor administration. * Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial companies is desirable. * Proficiency in standard office software. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience with recruitment platforms and job portals. * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
