We are seeking a Production Manager who, reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site assembly execution, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, cost control, required quality standards, and current safety regulations. This person will organize assigned material and human resources, guaranteeing efficient management and proper execution of works. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Plan on-site operational activities, manage weekly material delivery requests, and prepare loading plans for assembly teams. * Monitor productivity and track progress against the site schedule, proposing adjustments when deviations are detected. * Participate in assembly kick-offs and post-sales phases, conducting pre-site visits to anticipate needs and coordinate required resources. * Be responsible for planning future assemblies and organizing work with a minimum three-week outlook, ensuring proper coordination with logistics. * Re-plan assemblies daily, monitor ongoing work, and update loading schedules in coordination with the logistics department, ensuring productive continuity for teams. * Request and manage machinery and equipment rentals from suppliers under framework agreements, ensuring proper resource utilization and optimizing associated project costs. * Manage requests for and control of assembly materials required both at project start-up and during execution, including auxiliary items such as wedges, fixings, and other necessary materials. * Request and manage assembly tools required for proper work execution. * Attend meetings with clients, site supervisors, and the Site Manager, tracking work progress and coordinating execution. * Monitor project completion and post-sales activities, including incident management and closure. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards by performing checks per PPI (Pre-Production Inspection), daily review of scheduling (PLR), and monitoring of daily work reports. * Manage daily site incidents, coordinating necessary resources for resolution and ensuring production continuity.
