Your main responsibilities will include: Managing and controlling purchase and service invoices. Recording and tracking bank transactions. Performing bank reconciliations. Supporting the collections department. Managing and archiving administrative and accounting documentation. What do you need to bring? Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or equivalent qualification in accounting. Experience: No minimum experience required, though any prior experience will be highly valued. Languages: Catalan and Spanish are mandatory; English is a plus. Tools and software we value: o Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables). o Strong command of Word (document drafting and mail merge). o Regular use of Outlook for email and calendar management. o Prior experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or earlier versions will be highly regarded.
