We are seeking a Line Manager to work at a bakery production plant in Sarral, Tarragona, with over 30 years of experience and recognized standing in the industry. Responsibilities include supervising the production process, organizing and assigning team tasks, handling food products, coordinating line operations, maintaining order and cleanliness, and managing quality controls, among other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and rest periods established by law. * Minimum two years of experience in production and team management. * We seek a responsible individual with leadership capabilities. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is valued. . * Completed minimum GM/FP1 or equivalent qualification. \- Basic computer skills.
