Description
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent; 4 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance in Refineries and/or Continuous Process Plants. User-level computer skills. Knowledge of maintenance management information systems (MAXIMO and/or SAP) will be valued. Sufficient knowledge of typical static equipment and ability to interpret associated drawings and diagrams. Proficiency in international specifications, standards, and codes to analyze repair techniques and verify technical requirements for new acquisitions.
Support in the techno-economic management of the specialty (preparation of contracting requests, economic monitoring of contracts). Support the Head of Specialty in optimizing cost and activity management, coordinating with Maintenance clients. Investigate, analyze, and evaluate safety incidents occurring within the Maintenance Line’s scope. Provide technical support regarding safety aspects of specialty-related work and supervise appropriate corrective actions for each existing issue. Analyze failures and incidents involving critical equipment within the area of responsibility. Identify failure modes associated with interventions and participate in root cause analysis of failures. Participate in developing the Preventive Maintenance Program.
