At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector, we are seeking top talent to join our centers. If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are seeking a Catering Cook to join one of our centers in Laviana. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. Responsibilities: Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in the hospitality sector, collective catering, food service, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is valued. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team-oriented. Flexible availability. ### **Offered** Full-time schedule (40 hours/week). Shifts: morning and/or afternoon. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two rest days per week according to the roster. Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement.
