We are recruiting for our projects in the Infrastructure and Materials area. Civil Works Site Manager Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing site teams, ensuring excellence in execution—both in terms of work quality and adherence to schedules—while prioritizing the optimization of available technical and human resources. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise work performed by your team, providing necessary instructions. * Carry out execution tasks. * Complete production, quality, and attendance documentation and forms. * Monitor quality standards specified in processes and execution. * Train the team under your supervision. * Be responsible for implementing the Site Safety Plan. * Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies on site. * Participate in site visits. * Organize and allocate personnel and machinery. **What would we like you to bring?** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally in civil works. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills. **Why Sorigué?** * Because we offer a stable and continuously growing project, with opportunities to participate in major and unique projects. * Because you will join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunity. * Because our company offers opportunities for professional development. * Because you can benefit from a Flexible Compensation Package: private health insurance, meal vouchers, and childcare vouchers.
