If you seek a dynamic environment where every day presents an opportunity to innovate and build a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Shift Supervisor – Converting **Job Description:** **Mission:** Organize and supervise human and technical resources per shift to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets at minimum cost while complying with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). **Responsibilities:** *Safety* * Ensure the safety of all plant employees by enforcing established procedures, ITs, etc. *Production* * Execute the production schedule set by Logistics. * Achieve the established productivity targets. * Ensure adherence to standardized operating procedures and that machines are in optimal condition; preventive maintenance and calibration are performed as required. * Guarantee product quality by implementing quality control plans. *Personnel Management* * Organize the team and provide training across all positions in this section, promoting cross-functionality. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. * Train personnel assigned by management on their respective job responsibilities. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience as Shift Supervisor or Team Leader. Knowledge of mechanics or electricity/electronics. Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S). Skills in team leadership, conflict management, leadership, and computer literacy. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree, Engineering Degree, or Technical Engineering Diploma.
