If you seek a dynamic environment where every day presents an opportunity to innovate and build a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Shift Supervisor – Converting **Job Description:** **Mission:** Organize and supervise human and technical resources per shift to achieve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency targets while complying with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). **Responsibilities:** *Safety* * Ensure the safety of all plant employees by enforcing defined procedures, ITs, etc. *Production* * Execute the production schedule established by Logistics. * Achieve the established productivity targets. * Ensure adherence to standardized operating procedures and that machines are in optimal condition; preventive maintenance and calibration are carried out as scheduled. * Guarantee product quality through implementation of quality control plans. *Personnel Management* * Organize your team and coordinate training across all workstations within this section, promoting cross-functionality. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. * Train personnel designated by management on their assigned job tasks. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** 3 years’ experience as Shift Supervisor or Team Leader. Knowledge of mechanics or electricity/electronics. Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S).
