We are seeking a junior profile to provide user support via telephone assistance and remote resolution of basic incidents. Responsibilities: • Receiving and handling user calls. • Logging and tracking incidents. • Resolving basic incidents following established procedures. • Escalating cases when necessary. • Providing support and guidance to users throughout incident management. Requirements: • Advanced or native-level Catalan (mandatory). • Strong oral communication skills. • Empathy and user orientation. • Ability to learn and interest in the technological field. • Basic proficiency with computer tools. Prior experience is not required
