Description

The position requires a dynamic and solution-oriented professional capable of quickly analyzing and resolving incidents arising in the daily production environment. Particularly valued are candidates who are organized and accustomed to working according to established procedures, as well as those possessing strong teamwork skills and effective communication with other department members. Main responsibilities focus on assembling components within a production line, ensuring correct assembly of mechanical systems. This includes installing hydraulic components such as hoses, fittings, and valves, as well as routing and placing necessary electrical and signaling installations for equipment operation. Additionally, functional tests will be conducted on assembled machines to guarantee their quality and operational readiness prior to delivery. We seek a candidate with a solid technical background and a practical mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement and efficiency in assembly processes. The work environment is industrial; therefore, responsibility and attention to detail are required to handle components and machinery safely and precisely, contributing to the company's overall production flow. Working hours are full-time with an intensive schedule from Monday to Friday, morning shift. The initial contract will be arranged through a Temporary Work Agency (ETT), with potential subsequent integration into the company’s permanent staff. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The work atmosphere is described as positive, with good relationships among colleagues and supervisors. A medium-level Vocational Training qualification in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a similar vocational program is required. A minimum of two years’ experience in mechanical or industrial component assembly lines is mandatory. Basic knowledge of applied electricity and hydraulics is desirable, as are elementary welding concepts—though the latter is not an exclusionary requirement.
